Registration

• • • Every accepted paper at CIoT 2026 must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
    • For each paper – this applies for all full, short, poster, and demo papers of CIoT 2026, at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) and presented his paper in person to secure the paper’s publication.
    • The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to two papers from the same co-author.
    • All papers have to be presented by their co-authors. CIoT 2026 reserves the right to exclude a paper from publication after the conference, if the paper presentation condition is not met.

• • • Author and non-student registrations allow full access to CIoT 2026, including tutorials, conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner
    • Member rate is available to IEEE members
    • Non Member rate is for regular participants
    • Participants Economy registration allow access to CIoT 2026 technical program, conference proceedings, Coffee Breaks but no Goodies, Lunches, welcome reception and conference dinner
    • Student registration includes full access to CIoT 2026, including conference proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, but no welcome reception and conference dinner

• • • All the Registration Fees (rates) given in the tables are in Euros (€).

  All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 2026-09-29 12:00. There will be an administrative fee of 100 € deducted from each refund. After 2026-09-29 12:00, no refunds requests will be accepted. For any assistance, please contact us at: CIoT2026@dnac.org
