Call For Tutorials
The 7th Conference on Cloud and Internet of Things (CIoT 2024) will be held on October 29-31, 2024 in Montreal, Canada. The event addresses a variety of topics related to the Cloud and Internet of Things technology.
Tutorials are an integral part of the CIoT program as they provide participants with focused knowledge and broaden their understanding of the Cloud and IoT-related ideas and concepts. Tutorial topics range from theoretical concepts to implementation. Both full day and half-day tutorials will take place on October 29, 2024, on the first day of CIoT.
Topics include but are not limited to:

- Centralized and distributed open and commercial platforms to support IoT
- Cloud Computing solutions (IaaS, FaaS, PaaS, CaaS, SaaS) for IoT

Submission guidelines
If interested in delivering a tutorial at CIoT 2024, you are invited to prepare a single PDF file (4 pages maximum) that must include the following information:
1 – Tutorial Title
2 – Abstract: A concise description of the content and goals of the tutorial
3 – Information about Instructor(s):
- First and Last Name
- Position
- Affiliation and address
- Email and Homepage (if existing)
4 – Tutorial Description
Any additional information beyond the abstract describing the tutorial. For example:
- Is this a survey of several topics, or an in-depth study of one?
- How the is tutorial topic is linked with CIoT?
- Why is the tutorial topic important to the CIoT community?
- What are the learning objectives?
5 – Outline: Please give a rough overview of the tutorial schedule (topics).
6 – Biographical Sketch
Short CV, including some information on prior teaching & research experience (courses, projects, etc.).
7 – Prior History
Please indicate whether an earlier version of this tutorial has been presented before. If so, when, and where. Have the instructors given other tutorials in the past?
8- Major References: this list will help identify the scope.
9 – Supplementary Materials
Anything that might help the reviewers evaluate the proposal, such as sample slidedecks, links to the potential instructor course(s) web pages of the instructor if already available the draft tutorial slides.
