Papers following any of these templates, and conforming to IEEE PDF requirements, will be acceptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers must be converted to IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF format. Information about proper PDF format is detailed in this document. Authors are encouraged to use the free IEEE PDF eXpress system to convert their files. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Use the code ID: 57267X when accessing the IEEE PDF eXpress system.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>C. Sign and submit copyright to IEEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use IEEE PDF eXpress<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CioT is registered for use of IEEE PDF eXpress which checks to make sure that all conference articles meet IEEE Xplore PDF compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IEEE PDF eXpress website:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\"><em>https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conference ID: <strong><em>57267X<\/em><\/strong>; see below about creating a password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First-time users:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click: &#8220;New Users \u2013 Click Here&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter 57267X for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Previous users, but using it the first time for a new conference:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter 57267X for the Conference ID, your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you click &#8220;Login&#8221;, you\u2019ll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click &#8220;Continue&#8221;. By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that the contact information is still valid, and click &#8220;Submit&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returning users:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter 57267X for the Conference ID, email address and password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps for Uploading and Checking PDF Files:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For each conference paper, click \u201cCreate New Title\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cSubmit PDF for Checking\u201d or \u201cSubmit Source Files for Conversion\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click \u201cUpload File\u201d. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.
